Tips for working on sounds with pre-K aged kids:
1. Keep it simple.
2. Keep it fun.
3. Don't worry if you can't get perfect sounds out of your kids. Auditory bombardment with target sounds is  important.  Just hearing you say and talk about those target sounds helps our kids learn to listen to them.

 (final /z/) Teacher: Macaroni & cheese!  Kids: Everybody freeze!

(medial /k/) Teacher: Hocus Pocus!  Kids: Time to focus!

(final /t/) Teacher: Ready, set!  Kids: You bet!

(initial /l/) Teacher: That's the way uh huh, uh, huh!   Kids: I like it!

(medial /v/) Teacher: Red rover, red rover!  Kids: It's time to come over!

(final /n/) ​Teacher : Are you ready kids?  Students: Aye, aye, Captain!
